1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to secure services are non-refundable. Deposits are required to reserve your project timeline and compensate for initial planning and preparation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered:
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be provided.

b. Cancellation Before Work Begins:
If you cancel your project before work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

c. Incomplete Deliverables:
If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables and choose to terminate the agreement, refunds for incomplete work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or approved by you.

3. No Refunds for Approved Work

Once you approve a deliverable, refunds will not be issued. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all work before providing approval.

4. Scope Changes and Revisions

Refunds will not be provided for additional fees incurred due to added scope changes or extra revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon scope of work.

5. Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products, including templates, toolkits, or other downloadable resources, once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Include your name, project details, and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
